Jørgen Permin serves as trusted adviser to corporates, financial institutions and individuals in matters related to financing transactions, M&A and general business law.

For 26 years he was a partner at Plesner where he headed the finance team till he became chairman of the firm in 2013. He left Plesner in 2018 to co-found Permin & Tholstrup.

He was a member of the District Board for Copenhagen Bar Association from 2002 to 2005 and currently holds positions on the boards of corporates and foundations including the Schiellerup Foundations and Galleri Bo Bjerggaard.
